What it costs
Listing is free. There's no listing fee, no commission, and no success fee — we don't process payments or take a cut of your sale. Buyers contact you directly and you close the deal on your own terms. RobotPricer earns from advertising and affiliate links to other marketplaces, not from your listing.
How buyers reach you
Every listing has a contact form. When a buyer submits it, their message and email go straight to the address on your seller account — you reply directly, and we don't sit in the middle of your negotiation. Inquiry forms are spam-protected and rate-limited, so you get real leads, not bots.
Review & going live
- Verify your email once, using the link we send at sign-up — listings publish only from a verified account.
- We review every listing for quality and accuracy, typically within one business day. The status (Pending → Approved) shows in your dashboard.
- Edits are re-reviewed. Changing an approved listing returns it to Pending until we re-approve it — usually quickly.
Where your listing ranks
Your listing publishes on the canonical model page for that robot — the same page buyers reach when researching prices — and in on-site search. Marketplace listings from sellers like you are pinned above aggregated offsite offers; within that group, listings are ordered by price, lowest first. There's no paid placement — ranking is the same for everyone.
How long it stays up
Your listing stays live until you mark it sold or remove it — no timer, no auto-expiry. Manage everything from your dashboard: edit details, mark as sold, or delete a draft.

Is it really free?
Yes — no listing fee, no commission, no success fee. We don't handle payments, so we never touch your money.
Do you take payment or hold escrow?
No. Buyers and sellers transact directly. Arrange payment, inspection, and shipping or pickup between yourselves.
How do I know inquiries are genuine?
Contact forms use a hidden anti-spam check and are rate-limited per sender. Each inquiry includes the buyer's name, email, and message so you can reply and vet them directly.
What if my exact model isn't listed?
Choose “model not listed” in step one and type the manufacturer and model by hand. Your listing still publishes; we may add the model to our catalog later.
Can I edit or remove a listing?
Anytime, from your dashboard. Edits go back through a quick review; marking sold or removing takes effect immediately.
What are the eBay and other offers on the model page?
We aggregate public listings from other marketplaces so buyers can compare. Your direct marketplace listing always appears above them.
